Delete your data

How to ask

1. Write to proyectos@pixelarte.do with the subject “Delete my data”.
2. Include your Instagram username and the account you talked to: @pixelarte.do or @plewstyresrd.
3. To confirm the account is yours, we may ask you to send us a message from it.

What we delete

Everything we keep about you on our computer: the copy of your comments and messages, and the record of the replies we sent you.

If you also want us to delete our public replies to your comments on Instagram, say so in the same email.

What stays on Instagram

Your own comments and messages are on Instagram, not in our tool. You can delete them yourself in the Instagram app.

What Meta keeps about you follows its own privacy policy.

Time and confirmation

We delete your data within 30 days of confirming the account is yours, and we tell you by email when it is done.
